Website Tips

• Our web site is capable of sending you e-mail reminders for games as well as practices. You can also opt to have text messages sent to your cell phone.  At any time, you can go into the Edit My Account section of our web site. You can change or add e-mail addresses to your account, update addresses and phone numbers, as well as enable the “Texting” option by entering your wireless provider. In turn, you can also turn off text messaging and email reminders at any time via the Edit My Account section.
• Our “LOST AND FOUND” will be a little different this year.  If you lose or find an item at any of the various rinks we are at throughout the season, please use the “EXCHANGE” button located toward the bottom left of our website.  Please indicate whether the item was LOST or FOUND and which rink it was located/last seen.  You will be prompted to provide an e-mail address for responses. Items will automatically appear in our “Exchange/Lost & Found” section on the right hand panel of our site.
• You have 2 options to view your game/practice schedule. Once you arrive onto your “Team Page”, you can select “Schedule” or “Calendar”.  Schedule will give you a listing of all games and practices. This page will also allow you to subscribe to an Ical feed (for uploading into a MAC) or download the schedule into a .csv format (for uploading into Outlook and other scheduling programs). “Calendar” will give you a monthly view of your schedule.
• For those who need access to multiple schedules (siblings, car pooling, etc.) you can see a composite schedule  by clicking “TEAM” at the top of the web site, then click on “MULTIPLE SCHEDULE”. You will be given a choice of seeing the schedule as a listing or in a calendar format. You can then choose the teams you would like grouped and SUBMIT to see the schedule. (Your best bet is to “bookmark” this once you have done this).
• Rosters are not available to the general public for security purposes. You can only view the roster of a team that your child is associated with. You will be prompted for your password to view the roster. The roster will give you access to addresses, phone #’s and emails of all of your teammates. If you forget your password at any time, enter your email address ONLY into the space provided and your password will be sent to your email within a few seconds.
• If for any reason you need to send an email to your team or to any individual on your team, please go to your Team Page and access the roster (you will need your password). If you need to e-mail the entire team, click the “EMAIL TEAM” button at the top of the page.  If you need to email a specific individual on your team, click the individuals name and you will receive a link to that email address.
• Directions to rinks-All rinks that we visit are listed under the RINKS tab on the left hand side. Addresses for the rinks are listed there as well. You can either choose to MAPQUEST the directions or go to www.arenamaps.com for directions.
